Born and raised in Ponchatoula, La, Lecia White knows the Tangipahoa area well. She has 2 children, a son and daughter, and 4 grandchildren whom she loves very much. Because her husband works for the military, she has traveled all over -- from living in Naples, Italy to Belgium.
